Jean Maneke is Missouri Press Association’s legal consultant. She writes a column for Missouri Press News magazine and helps the Association with its legislative work. Maneke is an expert on Missouri’s Sunshine Law and is on call to give free consulation to Association members on Open Records and Open Meetings issues and a free press.
