2023 Better Newspaper Contest results announced
Winners of the 2023 Missouri Press Association (MPA) Better Newspaper Contest were announced Saturday afternoon, Sept. 23, in St. Louis as the 157th Annual MPA Convention concluded.

Weeklies: Maryville Forum — Class 1, Springfield Business Journal — Class 2, Tie: Washington Missourian and St. Louis American — Class 3
Dailies: Columbia Missourian — Class 1, Missouri Independent — Class 2, The Kansas City Star — Class 3
