Constitution Day is Sept. 17! Remind your readers!

Once a year, on Sept. 17, we remind students — and readers — about the importance of the United States Constitution to our country.

This year, in partnership with The Missouri Bar, we have created a new feature that recognizes the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court case of Miranda v. Arizona. This case established that the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitutions gives a person questioned by law enforcement the right to remain silent.
