Today we introduce Jane Haslag, the marketing director for Central Missouri Newspapers, Inc. This includes the Jefferson City News Tribune, Fulton Sun, California Democrat and the Lake Today.
She has been with the News Tribune since 1980 holding a variety of positions.
Earlier this year Haslag participated in a panel discussion at the Reynolds Journalism Institute about newspaper website paywalls and the News Tribune’s experience with charging for access.
At Convention, Haslag will sit on the 8 a.m. Friday panel discussing cutting edge issues like social media, paid content, Deals of the Day, that can maximize profits and gain more clients and subscribers.
