Foundation Offers Summer Intern Funding

Missouri Press Foundation again is offering Missouri newspapers the opportunity to host summer interns for four ($599), six ($750) or eight weeks ($1,000). A Missouri Press Foundation committee will review internship applications an approve requests. Up to eight summer internships are available.

If your newspaper is interested in hosting an intern, please complete the application form that was emailed to your newspaper and return it to the Missouri Press Foundation, 802 Locust St., Columbia, MO 65201.

Applications for the internship grants must be received by March 30. If you have questions contact Doug Crews at 573-449-4167.

Interns eligible for this program must be enrolled in a post-secondary academic, professional or vocational newspaper journalism program in Missouri.
