Missouri Press Association
Serving Missouri Newspapers Since 1867
Ozark Press Association met at Roaring River State Park last month for the group’s annual meeting. The group’s agenda included a full day of activities, some newspaper industry-related and some just for fun.
Attendees also toured the fish hatchery at the state park and learn how water creates some of the caves that make up the park’s Cave Hike.
Jordan Troutman of the Cassville Democrat presided over this year’s meeting. Steve Pokin with the Springfield Daily Citizen was elected during the business meeting to be president for the coming year.
A special thank you to Kyle Troutman of the Cassville Democrat for providing photos from throughout the day and sharing with Missouri Press News.
