New Missouri Public Notices Website

Missouri Press Association is excited to announce the revamping of our statewide public notices site, mopublicnotices.com, is nearly complete, and training has started.

Once you sign up for a session below, you will have to login at that time to:

https://ipassoc.pgimeet.com/IPADemo
Then call: 1-719-387-4105 and use passcode: 609367
Make sure to allow pop-ups in your browser.
This is the website where you will be uploading public notices to: https://monewspaper.mopublicnotices.com/Authenticate.aspx?ReturnUrl=/
Your email address will be your login and your password is the one you entered onto the form when you signed up for the training. You can change your password the first time you login, if you would like.

At the last Missouri Press Association board meeting in September, members voted to update our website to a text-based site from a PDF-based site.  During the last two years, Public Notice advertising in newspapers has been under attack. In legislative committee hearings at the State Capitol, opponents criticized the site for not being responsive enough and difficult to navigate. This new site will get us up to date and address their concerns.

We ask that every member publisher and tech contact attend one of four digital training sessions. These sessions will last under an hour. After attending, you will receive your log-in credentials and can start uploading your legal/public notice ads. Even if you plan to auto-upload your ads using XML, we ask that you attend training, so you know how the new site works.

Please sign up here for training

In addition to training, we’ll work with your staff to ensure you’re using the easiest and most efficient method to upload ads. Our goal is to have member newspapers regularly uploading notices during the month of December, so we can start promoting the site to the public in January.

Newspapers who are unable to upload their notices will be charged for this service. An outside vendor has been hired to provide this service on their behalf. This charge will be $.25 for each notice, beginning February 1.

We value and appreciate your membership. Together we will continue to be the most trusted source of information for Missourians.
