Because of certain technical difficulties yesterday with the MOPRESS.com site, a limited number of potential entrants were not able to upload their entries to the Better Newspaper Contest template by 11 p.m. last night, March 31.
Those technical issues have been addressed and the template will REMAIN ACTIVE FOR UPLOADING ENTRIES THROUGH 11 p.m. TONIGHT, APRIL 1
