Show-Me Press presentation focuses on Sunshine Law

During the Show-Me Press Association’s annual meeting June 16, in Hermann, the group heard from Jay Turner with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Turner’s slideshow is available here: Show Me Press Association – 06.16.2023

The group also presented Hannah Spaar, past president of Show-Me Press, with a plaque recognizing her service to the regional association.

Also presenting at Show-Me Press was Brian Kratzer with the Missouri School of Journalism who talked about the Missouri Photo Workshop and making big stories in small towns. Here is a clip from his presentation talking about MPW founder Cliff Edom’s edict to “show truth with a camera.”
