For more than 100 years, the State of Missouri published the Official Manual as a hardback book, then discontinued publication after the 2009-2010 edition. A statute passed by the Missouri General Assembly in 2013, allows a not-for-profit organization to return the book to hardback form.
The book contains detailed information on local, state and federal government, as well as stories, essays and pictures that help preserve the state’s heritage.
