Registration is under way for two InDesign training workshops led by popular Adobe trainer Russell Viers. Both trainings, each on different days and for different level users, will be held in Lamar, Mo.
On Thursday, March 31, Viers will teach "InDesign for Absolute Beginners," from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This training is for users new to the InDesign software.
On Friday, April 1, Viers will teach "Build Your Newspaper Faster Using InDesign and Photoshop." In this training, participants will learn tools and techniques to make the most of the software in newspaper production.
Registration for each class is just $35 and includes lunch. For those ready to launch from the beginner class to the more advanced training, there is a registration discount for both classes — total cost $50. Click Russell_Viers_LAMAR.pdf to download a registration form.
Both classes will be held in Lamar, Mo., at the Barton County Ambulance District Building, 1100 Cherry St., just off Hwy 160. The meetings will take place in the conference room.
