MPA Hosting Open House Dec. 3

Missouri Press Association is hosting an open house and casual luncheon on Friday, December 3, in Columbia, for members of the  General Assembly and members of MPA.  The event is scheduled from 11
a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MPA Building, 802 Locust Street. You and/or members of your newspaper staff are invited.  Drop by for a half hour or stay for two hours.

And, MPA asks you to invite your area legislators …. members of the Missouri Senate and Missouri House of Representatives.

Call your Senator and your Representative, and invite them to the open house.  You may even offer to pick them up and drive them to Columbia.

Reply to this email with names and addresses, and MPA will send a special invitation to your Senator and your Representative.

We need a head count to prepare for lunch.  Please reply with your RSVPs no later than November 29.

We hope you will attend to help represent the Missouri newspaper industry and discuss issues of importance to newspapers.
