Newspapers across the state are looking for new revenue streams. In today’s tightened economy every ad revenue dollar is important. Missouri Press Association offers the Online Ad Network (OAN) which is getting increasing scrutiny everyday from advertisers, especially political ad dollars.
"We just wrapped up a short political campaign," said MPA Ad Director Greg Baker. "Our biggest problem has been a lack of scope of the OAN. We have just 10% of the membership participating and several campaigns were looking for much better reach. Expanding the network would help all of those involved."
